Fees Information

Tuition and Administrative Fees

Tuition and Material fees are required to be paid each semester. For payment deadlines, please refer to your fee statement or log in to your student portal and check the Payment Due Dates page. Failure to pay the full amount by the due date may result in cancellation of your enrolment. Additionally, overdue amounts may be subject to a late payment fee of $100.00 plus any outstanding fees.

Sydney State College is not liable for any tuition payments made to a third party’s bank account. All payments should be directed either to an authorised education agent or directly to our designated bank account.

Payment Methods

Student deposits, fees, and any refunds are tracked using our financial management software. Deposits are kept in a separate trust account and are not released until the student has enrolled. Fees are recorded as income only after the student has officially enrolled and begun their studies. Please note that Sydney State College course fees cover all tuition fees but do not include learning materials, products, tools, or equipment. Administrative fees for services we provide to students in addition to tuition fees (GST Inclusive).
